The All About Baby Care and Development (AABCD) parenting classes are offered in Plattsburgh to parents referred through any unit of the Clinton County Department of Social Services. The 10-week series of classes, held 3 times per year, take place at 194 US Oval (Family Connections) on Thursday mornings from 9:30am-12:00pm.
