The Neutral Ground Supervised Visitation Program was established to help build a stronger community. We are here to ensure the safety of and contribute to the positive development of each family that we serve. We hope to empower parents to learn new and effective family life skills, as well as co-parenting skills. We will help children cope with conflicts that may arise in their family structure. We provide staff that observes, assesses, and assists growth within family relationships, while helping to eliminate child abuse and neglect.

The Supervised Visitation Program at the Child Care Council and Family Connections provides a neutral setting where children can visit their non-custodial parents or relatives in a safe. conflict-free environment. The program staff encourages families to spend quality time visiting together while in the positive environment. Depending on the nature of the case, parenting plans may be implemented. Staff may also refer parents to other community services and programs that could benefit their families.
